Updateinfo
Normally an update from any version to any other version should
work seamless.
If there is anything to convert, it will be converted automatically
at the first start. If it can't be converted, it will be deleted.
Options with different behavior will be turned off.
The changes list should give ideas where to look for new things.
to 1.0.75.128
To get the new filters go to
Setup->Spam Detectors->Filters and click on Tools-button.
This will merge the new filters. Safe to try: if you choose CANCEL
no changes are saved. No filter is activeted by default, use them
with care.
to 1.0.63.110
For this version I did more BLAST tests and optimized its settings.
I reverted a change (learning HTML content) due to the too high rate
of false positives.
Updaters should go into Setup->Spam Detectors->BLAST-Filter
and:
- delete all BLAST data
- set activate limit to 100 message (yes, 100 are
enough to do positive detection)
- set 'combine datafiles after 5 days'
- set 'into clusters of maximal 1000 messages'
- set 'items expire after 180 days'
- set 'limit blast items to 2000 messages'
- set 'learn only text part of messages'
These values are the default values a fresh installation will use,
but existing keep their settings.
Please check the DNSBL timeout value (Setup->Spam Detectors->Special
Settings). I should be 20 seconds.
to 1.0.28.49
Changes the style whitelist- and blacklists are saved. Data is converted
automatically.
to 1.0.7.13
It is only a maintenance
release. It fixes variouse boo-boos that occure on some systems. As
usual, some new features become visual after I tested them enough.
And I change the Com-Addin-Registration. Sorry for that error and
delay, Dmitry.
to 1.0.4.5
All collected BLAST data will be deleted. The new, working, fixed
BLAST needs to collect different data, these data does not exist in
the old data.
