Pricing is in EUR. For US-$, I currently accept a 1:1,25 EUR:USD exchange rate but some shops have EUR prices and update it to acutal exchange rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Ask for 'corporate licenses'. By buying a 'corporate license' you get better prices than above block pricing but there is no individual support for end users. Only one contact person per corporate is allowed, block pricing allows individual contact. All details are free to negotiate.

Delivery
After processing your order and clearing the payment, you will receive a registration code by e-mail. There is no physical delivery of a product, a CD or a printed documentation.
WARNING: Without a working mail address, the registration code can't be delivered. The afraid provide an additional backup address.
Assistance
As fast as possible and current workload allows, all users, paying or not, will get assistance by e-mail. There is a priority system that grants paying users faster feed back and help. Within that, the better worked out problem reports are handled first regardless the difficulty.
