Eurit 40 - Hardware
Dieses ist der Versuch, die Hardware des
E40 etwas zu erhellen.Enthalten ist u.a.:
- AMD's Am79C30A
Digital Subscriber Controller(TM) ISDN circuit provides the maximum
functional integration consistent with international standards. This cost-effective
IC, combined with EPROM, SRAM, a microcontroller and a power controller
are all that is needed for a basic, CCITT power-compliant telephone or
terminal. (pdf)
- 16bit romless Microcontroller vom Mitsubishi: M37730/32
Group: Low Power, ROMless
The M3773x microcontroller is a Mitsubishi 16-bit MCU based on the
MELPS7700 CPU core. It is based on leading 16-bit MCU, M3770X used in Japan
and Europe in the wireless communications. This new series is designed
with peripheral function enhancements and power consumption reduction for
use in portable communications equipment and consumer electronics. Its
very low-power consumption makes this MCU useful for applications utilizing
battery power such as control devices for cordless and cellular phones,
bar code scanners, cameras and handheld terminals.
- CMOS STATIC RAM: KM62256 256Kb (=32k)
- 74HC244: OCTAL BUFFER 3-STATE
- 74HC573: octal d transparent latch
- 74HC574: 8-bit register 3-state flow-through
- HC138A: 3 to 8 Line Decoder (?)
- HC164A: 8-Bit Serial-in/Parallel-out Shift Register (?)
- HC32A: Quad 2-Input OR Gate (?)
HC14A: Hex Inverting Schmitt Trigger (?)
